The IAS
Philosophy:
The IAS
philosophy is simple; provide a cost effective service that
outperforms our competitors. As an IAS customer, you will
receive superb quality and an appreciation for our reduced
project costs. Our low overhead coupled with our broad
experience and timely project completion insure customer
satisfaction.The IAS
Focus:
Industrial Automation Services is a
technology driven company that offers quality service equal to the
high tech engineering firms at an affordable price. IAS has
the expertise to provide you with high quality systems
enhanced by 24 hour support. We work closely with corporate
management and their engineers to develop controls to the
customers standards and specifications. We
provide
integration services to many industries in small to medium
sized plants. Our projects encompass everything from plant
floor networking to motor controls to energy management
systems. IAS supports all major brands of
industrial electrical controls, specializing in Allen
Bradley. We develop PLC based control systems, integrating
them with other equipment like drives, motion, automatic ID,
and vision systems. With 26 years experience as a
master electrician, our owner has spent his entire career in
industrial project management as a foreman and a controls
specialist. As a factory authorized systems
integrator, we have received training from both Allen
Bradley and Reliance in their equipment. Our customers
expect and receive the satisfaction of quality results and
timely completion within budget. The IAS Customer Base:
IAS provides services to two different types of customers, the
end-user and the contractor. If you are an end user, we
can provide you with either a turnkey system, or support on
a portion of your project. We understand the need to be
flexible and provide our customers with individually
tailored service and always
stand behind our work 100%.
If you are a contractor, either
automation or electrical installation, there are times when
you could use extra help. Many system integrators
who cut back during the last economic slowdown are
getting busy again. If you are an integrator or OEM,
and need additional help, we can provide you with an
engineer, technician, or licensed electrician. Our rate
structure is negotiable if there is a commitment of time.
Our services are available on an as needed basis, and you
save money by not paying employees when work is slow. Many electrical contractors with
ties to industrial customers want to increase business by
getting some of the automation work that is available. Today
the automation market place is not just for those who do it
full time or have formal training. Industries know that if
you can get the job done, it saves money not have to pay an
engineering firm for work you can do as well. Plus, it is
better to have a single contractor who can do the entire
project than several who have to be coordinated. If you are an electrical contractor
interested by this, and have thought about including
automation in services offered, then this
may be for you.
You might be reluctant because you have not
found the right controls person, the capital investment is
too great, you think you may not be able to do a proper job,
or that future automation projects might not be there.
These problems can and will disappear if you hire a
good subcontractor to help move your company into this
field. IAS is here for you when you decide to make
such a move. We will work with you and your company at
completing your automation projects, and at the same time
train your employees. When the next project that
requires automation expertise surfaces, IAS is your source for
automation support.
The IAS Niche in the Automation Field:
IAS has the tools
to support our engineering activities and we do a good job.
Low overhead, a focus on efficiency and minimal waste are
the keys to our customer's savings. It is a pleasure
to be able to offer you the most "bang for the buck". |
